This Acceptable Use Policy document, including the following list of Prohibited Activities, is an integral part of your Hosting Agreement with Dallas Website Design. If you engage in any of the activities prohibited by this AUP document Dallas Website Design may suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund.

Dallas Website Design’s Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) is designed to help protect Dallas Website Design, Dallas Website Design’s customers and the Internet community in general from irresponsible or, in some cases, illegal activities. The Policy is a non-exclusive list of the actions prohibited by Dallas Website Design. Dallas Website Design reserves the right to modify the Policy at any time, effective upon posting at http://dallaswebsitedesign.com/acceptable-use-policy/

Prohibited Uses of Dallas Website Design’s Systems and Services

Customer Responsibility for Customer’s Users

Each Dallas Website Design customer is responsible for the activities of its users and, by accepting service from Dallas Website Design, is agreeing to ensure that its customers/representatives or end-users abide by this Policy. Complaints about customers/representatives or end-users of a Dallas Website Design customer will be forwarded to the customer for action. If violations of the Dallas Website Design Acceptable Use Policy occur, Dallas Website Design reserves the right to terminate services with or take action to stop the offending customer from violating Dallas Website Design’s AUP as Dallas Website Design deems appropriate, without notice.
